At Sei Tu Bella Aesthetics, we take the importance of your aesthetic journey seriously and need to fully dedicate our time to ensure you have the utmost experience. We kindly ask you to abide by our policies so we can continue to provide our clients with the most elevated experience and results you deserve and can count on.

Policy on Rescheduling 

We want you to enjoy your treatments without a rushed atmosphere. We strive to provide the highest quality of experience for all of our clients and strategically allocate appointment time durations to maintain a concierge approach to maintain YOU at the center of our priority. As a courtesy, we ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment. If you fail to do so, a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed. We recognize that scheduling alterations are occasionally necessary; With short notice, It inhibits other patients from scheduling into that time slot by offering short notice or none at all. At Sei Tu Bella some of our services book out weeks in advance; We created this policy to benefit us all as we strive to maintain prompt appointment availability for our clients. We regret any trouble this may cause. You consent to the terms of our rescheduling policy when you reserve your appointment. 

Policy on Cancellations and No-Shows and Booking fees

Your aesthetic journey is important to us. While we understand that unexpected delays can occur, and scheduling adjustments must be made, we have seen a number of late cancellations and no show appointments. We will now require a $100 non refundable booking fee. This will be collected via invoice when you schedule your appointment and be applied to your appointment total; this applies to new and existing clients. Once again, we hope that you understand that this is meant to keep as many open appointment times as possible and allow you to schedule with as much ease as possible at the earliest available appointment. To ensure that clients arrive on time for appointments and to show respect for other clients and our providers’ time, Sei Tu Bella has a 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy in effect. The following fee $ 150 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file, that was used at the time of booking the service,  for any appointment that is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice:  A client will be expected to pay in full up front for any future services if they cancel or do not show up for appointments three times in a row. We are considerate of our providers’ time because they are scheduled out weeks to months in advance. We have limited time to fill those voids due to last-minute cancellations and it affects our ability to provide the best services at affordable rates. As a result, we will be able to continue offering the best service for you and upcoming patients while also respecting the time of our staff. You consent to the terms of our cancellation/no-show policy when you reserve your appointment.

Late Arrivals 

At Sei Tu Bella we strive to maintain a relaxed atmosphere. We want to give you the ultimate experience and arriving late takes away crucial treatment time. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late and to charge the cancellation fee. We will make every effort to complete your treatment in the remaining allotted time (see cancellation Policies of Appointment for details).

Refund Policy

Although we try our best to produce the intended results, aesthetic outcomes might vary quite a bit from person to person. If additional products or treatments are required or recommended to get the most desired results then clients are responsible for the cost of extra treatments. If a treatment or service is booked and the client wishes to choose another service or treatment, or cancel altogether, that amount will remain as a store credit on file. You consent to the terms of our refund policy when you reserve your appointment.  Retail: Refunds on retail purchases are not available. If there is a defect with a product it may be exchanged Only for an identical product within 14 days.  Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable.

Family Policy 

Although we at Sei Tu Bella we love infants and young children, we kindly ask that you make child care arrangements before your consultation or appointment; This guarantees both the security of your children, a tranquil setting for you, and ensures minimal disruptions so we can dedicate the time and attention to detail to provide you with an elevated experience.

Animal Policy 

At Sei Tu Bella Aesthetics we have near surgical procedures that are completed in our treatment rooms, as an effort to maintain the umps cleanliness and sanitation, we kindly ask that you leave your pet at home while you visit our MedSpa.  We value service animals and will allow you to bring your pet with you; however, we kindly ask that you notify Sei Tu Bella at the time of your reservation so we can make the necessary accommodations during your visit. We appreciate your support and consideration for each and every one of our clients and staff members.

Privacy Guidelines 

Sei Tu Bella Aesthetics value and respect your right to privacy. We will only use the information you provide us, including your email address, to send you the information you’ve requested. We won’t divulge or sell your personal information to any unaffiliated third parties. If you provide us your email, you can choose at any moment to stop receiving emails from us by unsubscribing from our email list address and giving permission to send you other information.
