Does it hurt?

Tone is a painless procedure and most clients find this treatment comfortable. It is customizable to your tolerance and you will feel your muscles contract similar to what you experience during a workout.

How soon can I see the results ?

Results are not immediate because it takes time to build and grow the muscle naturally. Results may be visible after the second session with maximal results visible 8 to 12 weeks after the last session. Depending on your current physique and expectations, you made it need a series of 2 to 8 treatments over several weeks. As you complete each session your muscles will look more toned just as it would if you were working out in the gym.

Is it safe?

What is recovery like ?

A treatment session with Evolve Tone leaves you with no downtime and no additional period required for recovery. You can schedule your session during your lunch break and then resume your daily activities immediately. You may experience some redness or warmth in the treated areas and some muscle soreness but that will resolve within a few hours and is no different than what you would experience in a normal gym session.
